Welcome to GG Golf Lab. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to our website and your use of our mobile golf simulator rental and event services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement to Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Description of Services
GG Golf Lab provides mobile golf simulator experiences for private parties, corporate events, weddings, leagues, bar partnerships, pop-ups, and similar occasions in Southern Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Services typically include delivery, setup, operation, and teardown of professional-grade simulator equipment (including Uneekor EYE XO technology), subject to the specifics of your booking agreement.
Booking, Payment, and Cancellations
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after we accept your request and any required deposit or payment terms are met. Quotes and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing (including email).
Payment
Payment terms (including deposits, balances, and accepted methods) will be communicated before your event. Unless otherwise agreed, failure to pay amounts when due may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand plans change. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis with reasonable notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if you cancel close to the event date, as specified in your agreement. Contact us as early as possible to discuss options—we aim to be fair and flexible when we can.
Event and Venue Requirements
Space and access
You are responsible for providing a suitable location with adequate space, ceiling height, and access for equipment delivery and setup. Minimum dimensions are typically discussed during booking (often on the order of roughly 10 feet wide, 15 feet deep, and sufficient ceiling clearance). You must ensure we have reasonable access to power, parking, and load-in paths.
Power and environment
You are responsible for providing reliable electrical power and a safe environment. Outdoor setups may require shelter (e.g., tent or covered area) to protect equipment and maintain accurate readings, as we will explain for your specific event.
Venue rules
You must obtain any required venue permissions, permits, or insurance endorsements. You are responsible for compliance with the venue’s rules and applicable laws (including alcohol service, noise, and occupancy).
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Golf and golf-simulator activities involve physical activity and inherent risks, including risk of injury from swinging clubs, struck balls, or tripping near equipment. Participants and guests assume reasonable risks associated with participation. GG Golf Lab carries appropriate business insurance and operates equipment in a professional manner, but we are not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse of equipment, intoxication, failure to follow instructions, or factors outside our reasonable control.
You agree to supervise guests appropriately and to prevent unsafe behavior around the simulator. Damage to our equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow operator instructions may result in charges for repair or replacement, as outlined in your booking agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and branding—is owned by GG Golf Lab or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, GG Golf Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services we provide shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific event or service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GG Golf Lab, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your event, your guests’ conduct, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights—except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes related to these Terms or our services lies in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction where applicable.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you and we agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Wisconsin courts as described above, unless a different process is required by law or agreed in a separate written contract for a specific event.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website (for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malware, or scraping content in violation of these Terms). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting active bookings, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you through the contact information you provided.
